Achieved Dispatch Reliability definition

Achieved Dispatch Reliability is the actual Dispatch Reliability obtained by the Aircraft fleet in regular revenue service and adjusted to the clauses of this Guarantee. Achieved Dispatch Reliability, expressed as a percent, will be computed every three months ("the Computation Period") and will be compared to the Guaranteed Dispatch Reliability level (as defined in Paragraph 3) at the end of each Computation Period. ETOPS flights are not included in these Guarantees. Achieved Dispatch Reliability, expressed as a percentage, will be computed every Computation Period as follows : Achieved Dispatch Reliability = Total number of Scheduled Revenue Flights without Chargeable Delays or Chargeable Cancellations during the Computation Period X 100 Total number of Scheduled Revenue Flights scheduled during the Computation Period and will be compared to the Guaranteed Dispatch Reliability.

Examples of Achieved Dispatch Reliability in a sentence

  • An Achieved Dispatch Reliability review meeting between the Seller's and the Buyer's representatives will be scheduled at the end of each six (6) month period of Aircraft operation, or at some other period to be mutually agreed.

  • An Achieved Dispatch Reliability Review Meeting shall be scheduled, if necessary, and at the end of each six (6) month period of Buyer's Aircraft operation.

Related to Achieved Dispatch Reliability

  • PJM Region Reliability Requirement means, for purposes of the Base Residual Auction, the Forecast Pool Requirement multiplied by the Preliminary PJM Region Peak Load Forecast, less the sum of all Preliminary Unforced Capacity Obligations of FRR Entities in the PJM Region; and, for purposes of the Incremental Auctions, the Forecast Pool Requirement multiplied by the updated PJM Region Peak Load Forecast, less the sum of all updated Unforced Capacity Obligations of FRR Entities in the PJM Region.

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • Reliability Standard means a requirement to provide for reliable operation of the bulk power system, including without limiting the foregoing requirements for the operation of existing bulk power system facilities, including cybersecurity protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary for reliable operation of the bulk power system, but shall not include any requirement to enlarge bulk power system facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity.

  • Reliability means the degree of performance of the elements of the electric system that results in electricity being delivered to and from an applicant in the amount desired while avoiding adverse effects on the adequacy and security of the electric supply, defined respectively as:
