Each of the Sellers, ACI and ACFI will, upon request by the Buyer, execute and deliver any additional documents and take any other actions deemed by the Buyer to be necessary or desirable to complete and make effective the sale, transfer, assignment, grant and conveyance of the Transferred Rights.
