Accrued Unpaid Interest definition

Accrued Unpaid Interest means all accrued unpaid interest on the Loan, including interest on unpaid Protective Advances and interest on all unpaid Fees and Expenses.
Accrued Unpaid Interest on the Mortgage Loan to the date of such payment-in-full. (Prepayment penalties are not payments of principal and hence Payoffs do not include prepayment penalties.)
