Accredited Contractor definition

Accredited Contractor is an individual, partnership, corporation or other legal person who has met all the requirements of the “ABAA Quality Assurance Program” and signed a licensing agreement with ABAA with respect to the use of the Certification Xxxx.
Accredited Contractor means a company and/or organisation which has been accredited by CHAS following a CHAS Assessment.
Accredited Contractor means a contractor who has been subject to a XXXX Assessment and whom XXXX has determined to have achieved the required standard of competence suitable for the relevant accreditation within the XXXX scheme.
