Designated Account Property The Designated Accounts, all cash, investments, Financial Assets, securities and investment property held from time to time in any Designated Account (whether in the form of deposit accounts, Physical Property, book-entry securities, Uncertificated Securities or otherwise), including the Reserve Account Deposit, and all proceeds of the foregoing but excluding all Investment Earnings thereon.
Account Property means, with respect to each Account, such Account, together with all cash, securities, financial assets and investments and other property from time to time deposited or credited to such Account and all proceeds thereof, including, with respect to the (i) Reserve Fund, the Reserve Fund Initial Deposit and (ii) Yield Supplement Account, the Yield Supplement Account Deposit.
Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account, controlled balance account or other deposit account maintained by a Collection Account Bank for the Parent, the Performance Guarantor, the Servicer, any Originator or any Affiliate thereof and linked to any Collection Account by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism or controlled balance arrangement.
Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).
Earnings Accounts means the bank accounts of each of the Obligors from time to time each of which shall be held with the Agent or any of the Agent’s corresponding banks and to which all the Earnings and any proceeds of the Insurances shall be paid.
Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.
Concentration Account Bank shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(e)(i).
Earnings Account means, in relation to a Ship, an account in the name of the Owner owning that Ship with the Agent in Hamburg designated “[name of relevant Owner]—Earnings Account” or any other account (with that or another office of the Agent) which replaces such account and is designated by the Agent as that Earnings Account for the purposes of this Agreement and, in the plural, means all of them;
Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.
Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;
Concentration Account Agreement as defined in subsection 4.16(b).
account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;
Administrative Agent’s Account means, for each Currency, an account in respect of such Currency designated by the Administrative Agent in a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.
Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.
Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.
Administrative Agent Account an account designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time.
Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;
Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;
Credit/Debit Card means a thin plastic card that contains identification information, with the help of which the cardholder can pay for purchases and services, as well as withdraw cash from the account.
Commercial account means an arrangement whereby a retail distributor sells hazardous chemicals to an employer, generally in large quantities over time and/or at costs that are below the regular retail price.
Cash Management Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.
Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.
Merchant Account means any account with an Acquirer or other Financial Institution, service provider, payment processor, independent sales organization, or other entity that enables an individual, a business, or other organization to accept payments of any kind.
Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
