Account Overdraft definition

Account Overdraft means a loan product, maintained in a Current Account of the Customer; the Bank shall enable utilisation of funds in a Current Account of the Customer within the scope of the authorised overdraft without scrutinising the purpose of the Loan, unless otherwise agreed.
