In determining Accommodations Outstanding, the aggregate amount thereof shall be determined on the basis of (i) in the case of all Credit Facilities, the aggregate principal amount of all Advances; and (ii) in the case of Facility A, an amount equal to the aggregate of the principal amount of all Swingline Advances, the Face Amount of all Letters of Credit for which the Facility A Lenders are contingently liable pursuant to Section 3.01(2) and Section 5.02(2), as the case may be, and the Face Amount of all outstanding BA Instruments which any applicable Lender has purchased or arranged to have purchased (and in respect of each Facility A Lender, a rateable part of such amounts).
