Reference Documents means the documents provided with and so designated in the RFP. The Reference Documents, including Plans contained therein and/or so designated, are not Contract Documents and were provided to the Design-Builder for informational purposes only and are relied upon at the Design-Builder’s own risk.
Service Document means a claim form, application notice, order, judgment or other document relating to any Proceedings;
Service documentation means all records and information on one or more documents, including documents that may be created or maintained in electronic software programs, created and maintained contemporaneously with the delivery of services, and kept in a manner as to fully disclose the nature and extent of services delivered that shall include the items delineated in paragraph (E) of this rule to validate payment for medicaid services.
E-Auction Process Information Document means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of Successful Bid in accordance with the provisions of the IBC and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications thereto issued in accordance with the terms hereof.

Scope Document means the document (if any) that is provided with and becomes part of the Order Form and which defines sometimes in conjunction with a Service Description (as applicable) the Services to be provided.
Finance Document means this Agreement, any Fee Letter, any Accession Letter, any Resignation Letter and any other document designated as such by the Agent and the Company.
Affected Reference Entity means, in respect of a Specified Payment Date, that the Reference Entity was a Non-Determined Reference Entity as of the Cut-off Date relating to that Specified Payment Date (in each case determined by reference to Greenwich Mean Time (or, if the relevant Standard is Japan or Japan Sovereign, Tokyo time)) or that a Deferral Notice has been given to the Company after the Cut-off Date relating to that Specified Payment Date but on or prior to that Specified Payment Date (in each case determined by reference to Greenwich Mean Time).
Relevant Reference Price means the Reference Price on the Final Valuation Date. "Security Holder" means the holder of a Security.
Joint Fee Letter means the Joint Fee Letter, dated July 20, 2021, among the Borrowers, Citibank, Bank of America, JPMorgan, and certain of the Arrangers.
Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Margin Account Agreement, the Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.
MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Credit Event Reference Obligation means, with respect to any Payment Date, any Reference Obligation with respect to which a Credit Event has occurred.
ISM Code Documentation includes, in respect of a Ship:
Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Agency Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Agent as a Finance Document.
Reference mass means the mass of the vehicle in running order less the uniform mass of the driver of 75 kg and increased by a uniform mass of 100 kg.
Manual Load Dump Action means an Operating Instruction, as defined by NERC, from PJM to shed firm load when the PJM Region cannot provide adequate capacity to meet the PJM Region’s load and tie schedules, or to alleviate critically overloaded transmission lines or other equipment. Manual Load Dump Warning:
Contract Document means collectively the e-Tender documents, designs, drawings, specifications, agreed variations, if any and such other documents constituting the e-Tender and acceptance thereof.
Certified Remanufacture System or Verified Engine Upgrade means engine upgrades certified or verified by EPA or CARB to achieve a reduction in emissions.
End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract, including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.
User Agreement means an agreement for the provision of Access to the Services.
RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.
Reversed Credit Event Reference Obligation With respect to any Payment Date means a Reference Obligation formerly in the Reference Pool that became a Credit Event Reference Obligation in a prior Reporting Period that is found in the related Reporting Period, through Xxxxxxx Mac’s quality control process, to have an Underwriting Defect or a data correction that invalidates the previously determined Credit Event.
Stand-Alone Test Environment or "SATE" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.9.3.2.
