Acceptance to Proceed definition

Acceptance to Proceed shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

Examples of Acceptance to Proceed in a sentence

  • On a product by product basis, the parties will enter into good faith negotiations within thirty (30) days of Edesa's receipt of Pendopharm's Acceptance to Proceed.

  • Within ninety (90) days of its receipt of the US Data Package , Pendopharm will, on a Licensed Product by Licensed Product basis, inform Edesa in writing if Pendopharm would like to proceed with the preparation and submission of a Marketing Authorization application for the Licensed Products to the competent Canadian Regulatory Authority ("Acceptance to Proceed").

  • If Pendopharm declares Acceptance to Proceed, Pendopharm will be responsible for obtaining Marketing Authorization and any other Regulatory Approvals which may be required in the Territory for the sale and marketing of the Licensed Product in the Field and for generating any additional data which may be required for obtaining Marketing Authorization in the Territory at its own cost.

Related to Acceptance to Proceed

  • Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.
