Accelerator Technology definition

Accelerator Technology means Technology related to beam center lines of linear accelerators, including accelerating cavities, buncher designs, internal field shapes and field ratios, coupler and coupling irises (including iris shapes), side cavities, energy-switch designs, electron guns and targets.
Accelerator Technology has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
