Accel 2 means Accel Growth Fund V L.P, a Delaware corporation having its office at 500 University Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94301, United States of America. The expression “Accel 2” shall unless be repugnant to context or meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns.
