Abuse of Official Position or Power definition
Abuse of Official Position or Power means the use by an employee of the Foundation of their power against the legitimate interests of the Foundation and in order to avoid benefits and advantages for themselves or others or harm others, if this act resulted in substantial harm to the rights and legitimate interests of citizens or organizations, the legally protected interests of the community or state.
