AB Technology definition

AB Technology means all inventions and know-how, conceived solely by one or more employees or consultants of AB during the term of this Agreement, arising out of work performed pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement.

  • AB shall promptly disclose in writing to BT all AB Technology and BT shall promptly disclose in writing to AB all BT Technology, in each case through the Joint Development Committee.

Related to AB Technology

  • New Technology means methods, products, processes and procedures developed through science or research;

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.

  • Joint Technology means the Joint Know-How and the Joint Patent Rights.
