AAR Agreements definition

AAR Agreements means (i) the Component Support Agreement (Contract No. 29994), dated October 2014, between AAR Parts Trading, Inc. and Mesa (the “AAR Support Agreement”), and (ii) the Aircraft Parts Consignment Access Agreement (Contract No. 27428), dated August 15, 2005, between AAR Aircraft & Engine Sales & Leasing, Inc. and Mesa Air Group, Inc. (the “AAR Consignment Agreement”).

  • The rights and indemnity afforded to the Trustee, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator in this Section 6.11 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to (x) the Trustee, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator in any other capacity under this Agreement and (y) the Trustee, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator under the Servicing Agreements, the AAR Agreements, the Custodial Agreement or the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement.

  • The Master Servicer, the Depositor, the Securities Administrator, SPS and the Certificateholders (by their acceptance of such Certificates) acknowledge and agree that the Trustee is executing and delivering the AAR Agreements, the Servicing Agreements and the Custodial Agreement solely in its capacity as Trustee and not in its individual capacity.

  • No such resignation will become effective until a successor has assumed the Trustee’s obligations and duties under this Agreement and the AAR Agreements.

  • In addition, the Trustee is hereby directed to execute, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee hereunder, and deliver the AAR Agreements, the Servicing Agreements and the Custodial Agreement.
