Examples of A-7 Certificates in a sentence

  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-7 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

  • As provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Class A-7 Certificates are exchangeable for new Class A-7 Certificates of authorized denominations evidencing the same aggregate principal amount.

  • The Owner hereof is entitled to principal payments on each Payment Date, as hereinafter described, which will fully amortize such original Certificate Principal Balance over the period from the date of initial issuance of the Certificates to the final Payment Date for the Class A-7 Certificates.

  • The pass-through rate on the Class A-7 Certificates applicable to each Distribution Date will be 6.500% per annum.
