A-1 parcel definition

A-1 parcel means an area of district-owned land located between the Miami Canal and North New River Canal consisting of approximately 17,000 acres which is bordered to the north by private agricultural lands, to the east by U.S. Highway 27, to the south by Stormwater Treatment Area 3/ 4, and to the west by the Holey Land Wildlife Management Area and the A-2 parcel.

  • Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • Interior of the dwelling unit means the inside of the dwelling unit, consisting of interior walls,

  • Parcel 2 means the land described on Exhibit B-1 to the Elm Road II Ground Lease.

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.
