8-7/8% Notes definition

8-7/8% Notes means the 8-7/8% senior notes due 2006, issued by FTL Inc. in the original principal amount of $250,000,000 pursuant to that certain indenture, dated as of March 25, 1999, evidencing such notes, as the same may have been amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time.
8-7/8% Notes means the Borrower's 8-7/8% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due July 15, 2000.
8-7/8% Notes means the 8-7/8% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2007 of the Company.
