2(zg) definition

2(zg)  sale price” means the amount payable to a dealer as consideration for the sale of any goods, less any sum allowed at the time of sale as cash or trade discount according to the practice, normally prevailing in the trade, but inclusive of any sum charged for anything done by the dealer in respect of the goods at the time of or before the delivery thereof and the expression purchase price shall be construed accordingly;
2(zg)  sale price” means the amount of valuable consideration received or receivable by a person for any sale made including any sum charged on account of freight, storage, demurrage, insurance and any sum charged for anything done by the person in respect of the goods at the time of or before the delivery thereof;

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • BC means the Province of British Columbia;

  • WADA means the World Anti-Doping Agency.

  • EMMA means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system as described in 1934 Act Release No. 59062 and maintained by the MSRB for purposes of the Rule.

  • Lacquer means a clear or opaque wood coating, including clear lacquer sanding sealers, formulated with cellulosic or synthetic resins to dry by evaporation without chemical reaction and to provide a solid, protective film.
