2(x) Return definition

2(x) Return means payment to the Contingent Interest Purchasers of two times the purchase price for the Contingent Interest reflected on Schedule 2.1.

  • Scheduled Return Date means the date on which You are originally scheduled to return to the point of origin or the original final destination of Your Trip.
