100% Occupied Date definition

100% Occupied Date means the date that is the earlier of the 18-month anniversary of the Commencement Date or the date, if any, on which Tenant elects to occupy and conduct business in all of the Second Must-Take Premises as provided for in this paragraph.

Examples of 100% Occupied Date in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 5(d) and/or this Lease to the contrary, Landlord and Tenant agree that this Section 5(d) shall become null and void after the 100% Occupied Date, and thereafter Tenant shall pay the actual, unadjusted costs for Utilities, janitorial services (if applicable), and the property management fee.
