Common use of Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Responsibility. The Issuer accepts responsibility for the information contained in these Final Terms as de- termined in the Prospectus. With respect to the third party information contained herein and identified as such, the following applies: (i) the Issuer confirms that such information has been accurately reproduced and, so far as the Issuer is aware and is able to ascertain from information supplied by such third parties, no facts have been omitted, the omission of which would render the reproduced information inaccurate or misleading; (ii) the Issuer has not independently verified such information and does not accept responsibility for its accuracy.
