Common use of Participation Clause in Contracts

Participation. Participation in the HRV trainings and further education events is entirely voluntary, at your own risk and responsibility. The contract between the provider and the user for participation in the training is deemed to have been concluded when the user registers in the Autonom Health ® analysis portal, by email or by telephone and becomes valid when the terms and conditions are accepted in the seminar booking confirmation email. The seminar places are limited. The ranking takes place with receipt of payment.
