Orders. 1. All declarations, such as orders or call-offs, as well as any amendments and/or additions thereto, shall only be binding if issued or confirmed in writing by HAUFE. A waiver of the written form requirement must also be made in writing. 2. Call-offs under framework supply agreements shall be confirmed separately.
