Interpretation. 3.1 Where these CLAUSES use the terms defined in the GDPR, those terms shall have the same meaning as in the GDPR. 3.2 These CLAUSES shall be read and interpreted in the light of the GDPR. 3.3 These CLAUSES shall not be interpreted in a way that runs counter to the rights and obligations provided for in the GDPR (or any other applicable data protection provision) or in a way that prejudices the fundamental rights or freedoms of the data subjects.
