E-Commerce. 8.1 Prior to the Customer selling JAKO products on the Internet, the Customer is obliged to disclose to us the online platforms via which the products are to be advertised and/or sold. 8.2 When selling JAKO products on the Internet, the Customer, if it is a merchant, is obliged to observe the “Conditions for retailers for the sale of JAKO products on the Internet”. These are part of our “General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery” and are printed below.
