Dishonoured Settlement. In the event any funds transfer of any kind authorised by Client is dishonoured by Client’s financial institution or not completed for any reason, Corpay will charge, and Client agrees, unless otherwise restricted by law or regulation, to pay all processing costs, fees, penalties, and liabilities incurred by Corpay because of such incomplete funds transfer.
