Booking confirmation/payment. Whenever possible, the booking confirmation is made in written form. With its conditions, it constitutes the acceptance of the request and the service contract is deemed to have been concluded and to be mutually obligating. This is subject to the present conditions. The pro- vider will inform the guests in the booking confirmation about the terms and conditions of payment. If the confirmation deviates in substantial points from the guest’s enquiry, the latter has the right to withdraw from the request. In this case, the provider must be in- formed immediately.
