Availability. 10.1. If a digital service (e.g. cloud telephone system, website, cloud services) is provided, DiCommerce does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtimes and resulting disadvantages will not be reimbursed. 10.2. DiCommerce guarantees an annual average availability of 95%, this is justified by necessary maintenance work, updates, as well as technically not responsible downtimes.
