Definice Payee

Payee. Investigator is responsible for the correct calculation of VAT, if applicable, on all submitted Invoices. Invoices will not be processed unless they reference the Sponsor name, Study name, Protocol number and Principal Investigator. After receipt and verification, reimbursement for invoices will be included with the next regularly scheduled payment for Study activity. All government taxes are the sole responsibility of the Payee – Investigator. Local bank charges, bank charges from intermediate banks and any other local charges are also covered by the Payee – Investigator. Náklady na IRK/EK nejsou zahrnuty v níže uvedeném rozpočtu. Examples of Payee in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge that the designated Payee is authorized to receive all of the payments for the services performed under this Agreement.

  • Final payment will be paid by the CRO to the Payee, upon final acceptance by Biogen of all CRFs pages, all data clarifications issued, the receipt and approval of any outstanding regulatory documents as required by the CRO and/or Biogen, the return of all unused Material and/or Equipment to the CRO and/or Biogen, and upon satisfaction of all other applicable conditions set forth in the Agreement.

  • At least the following information regarding all Transactions will be specified in the Billing Statement, where applicable to the given Transaction: a) information allowing the Cardholder and/or the Company to identify the Transaction, and information regarding the Payee, where applicable; and b) the Transaction amount in the currency in which the amount was debited from the Account or the currency used in the Payment Order.

  • Parties agree that in case of changes in bank, details which do not involve a change of Payee - Provider or change of country location of bank account, no further amendments are required.

  • Sponsor, through Company, will pay the party designated as Payee (as defined below) on this Study in accordance with Exhibit B, for satisfactory completion of all Study-related obligations hereunder.

  • The parties acknowledge that the designated Payee is authorized to receive all of the payments for the services performed under this Agreement.
