Common use of TERRITORY Clause in Contracts

TERRITORY. The "Territory" means only the country named in the Deal Terms but only as its contiguous political borders exist on the date of this Agreement. The Territory excludes the country's non- contiguous embassies, military and governmental installations, and oil rigs and marine installations wherever located.
