TERRITORY. Porsche Sales & Marketplace shall provide the Package to you in the following geographic territory (hereafter referred to as Territory) in accordance to these TU: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (including San ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Vatican City), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.
TERRITORY. The Programs shall be used in the country/countries specified in the order.

TERRITORY. The Hardware shall be installed in the country/countries that You specify as the delivery location on Your purchasing document or when Your purchasing document does not indicate a ship to address, the location specified in the order.
TERRITORY. The territory (“Territory”) shall be considered Slovak Republic.
TERRITORY. With respect to all the Licensed Rights granted above, the territory shall be considered Slovakia.
TERRITORY. The "Territory" means only the country named in the Deal Terms but only as its contiguous political borders exist on the date of this Agreement. The Territory excludes the country's non- contiguous embassies, military and governmental installations, and oil rigs and marine installations wherever located.

The Licensee agrees that it shall telecast the Program (except as otherwise herein provided) solely over its own facilities and shall not relay the telecast of the Program to any other party. The Licensee agrees that it will not cause, authorize or permit the duplication, recording or transcription of the Program or the sound track thereof, or any part thereof, or the use of the Program for any purpose other then the purposes herein specified.
TERRITORY. The Territory means the countries listed in para. 2 of the Basic Deal Terms within their respective political borders. In the event that broadcasts in the License Territory, which are intended for reception in the License Territory, may also be received outside the License Territory (so-called spillover), the parties agree that neither the contractual obligations of the Licensor nor those of the Licensee shall be deemed violated.
