Provisions. 1. The contractual relations established by this Contract are governed by Czech law, specifically the relevant provisions of the Civil Code. The Czech courts have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes. 2. This Agreement shall enter into force and effect on the date of signature by both parties. 3. Two copies of the contract are made. Each party will receive one copy.
