Personal Data Processing Period. The Operator (personal data administrator) undertakes to process the personal data they are authorised to process for the above-mentioned purpose for a period of three (3) years from the date of the start of the processing of personal data (in this case, the Operator has a legitimate interest in preserving this personal data for the purpose of protecting their rights in the event of potential legal disputes). After this period, the Operator is obliged to dispose of thus processed personal data.
