Ziply Fiber agrees to provide Customer with the Services that have been ordered under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By using the Services, Customer (i) agrees to abide by, and require others using Customer’s account to abide by, the terms of this Agreement and (ii) represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. A copy of this Ziply Fiber Services Agreement can be found at www.ziplyfiber.com/corporate/terms, or another online location designated by Ziply Fiber (“Ziply Website”), or can be obtained by calling 866-947-5988 (866-ZIPLY88). Ziply Fiber reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement and/or prices for the Services and may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the Services at any time by posting changes online. Any change will be effective when Ziply Fiber posts the changes on the Ziply Website.
