Nearmap agrees to supply the Licensee with the Products, subject to the terms of this agreement, the Additional Terms and Conditions, Product-Specific Terms, any Schedules and the Quote, which together constitute the legal agreement between the Licensee and Nearmap (the “Agreement”).
