THIS GRANT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this July 1, 2020, (the “Effective Date”) by and between YWCA USA, Inc. (“YWCA”), a New York non-profit corporation and a Section 501(c)(3) exempt organization constituting a public charity under Section 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (“Code”), and YWCA Lower Cape Fear (“Grantee”), a North Carolina non-profit organization and a Section 501(c)(3) exempt organization under Section 509(a)(1) of the Code (each, a “Party” and together, the “Parties”). The “Termination Date” of this agreement is July 16, 2021.
