On May 31, 2019, Ashford Inc., a Maryland corporation (‘‘AINC,’’ the ‘‘Company,’’ ‘‘we,’’ ‘‘us,’’ or ‘‘our’’), entered into a Combination Agreement (as amended by the First Amendment thereto dated July 17, 2019 and the Second Amendment thereto dated August 28, 2019, the ‘‘Combination Agreement’’) with Mr. Monty J.
