This is a legally binding agreement between AireBeam, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "AireBeam") and the customer, as detailed in the internet service order/request. The agreement takes effect on the date on which AireBeam's services are activated at the customer's designated service location. All customers are encouraged to review and adhere to the Terms and Conditions of Service, which can be accessed at www.airebeam.com/tos.
