Rental space consists of the Pool Yard & lobby restrooms. All other areas of the facility are for Dogwood Acres staff only. Rental also includes a staff life guard for your event – One Guard up to 15 dogs, Two Guards for 16-30 dogs.

The following is a good faith agreement, an outline of mutual expectations between the Gardener(s) and the Homeowner(s) who offer their space for the use of the Gardeners to produce food or ornamental plants. This agreement exists to put on paper our mutual understanding of how and why such property is being offered.
