(“Worldspan”), a Delaware limited partnership with principal place of business located at 300 Galleria Parkway, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30339, for itself and its subsidiaries, and priceline.com Incorporated (“Priceline”), a Delaware corporation with principal place of business located at 800 Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk, Connecticut 06854, for itself, its Affiliates, and the Priceline Group.
