This Standard Access Agreement is exclusive for customers with a single Site as defined in Section 1.8 below and by agreeing to it, the Customer hereby declares and warrants that it has no more than a single Site. All customers with more than a single Site require an Enhanced Access Master Agreement (the “Enhanced Access Master”).
