This License (the “License” and/or “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Wiley Subscription Services, Inc. (“Wiley”), a Delaware corporation, 111 River Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030, will provide Members of the Consortium unifié des établissements universitaires et de recherche pour l'accès aux publications numériques (COUPERIN.ORG) (each a “Licensee”), with access to the Electronic Products and Services subscribed to by the Licensee via Wiley Online Library.
