The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors (the ‘‘Directors’’) of the Company is pleased to announce on 22 October 2021 (after trading hours), Blooming Faith Development Limited (‘‘Blooming Faith’’), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Hong Kong Chuenxin International Co., Limited (‘‘Chuenxin’’) entered into a distribution agreement (the ‘‘Agreement’’), pursuant to which, Blooming Faith appointed Chuenxin as an authorised (but not exclusive) channel distributor of the series products of the ZJI brand on JD International and other authorised cross-border e-commerce platforms and channels. Chuenxin shall offer and promote Blooming Faith’s products, including but not limited to JD International and other online platforms.
