This Student Residence Agreement applies to the VIU Student Residence accommodation on the Nanaimo campus of Vancouver Island University. This agreement is important as it is a legally binding agreement between you and Vancouver Island University covering the terms and conditions of your occupancy in VIU Student Residence. This Student Residence Agreement and the required “Signature Page for Residents Under 19” can be found at https://residences.viu.ca/ Menu > Resources & Forms > Residence Forms. Residents are advised to retain a copy of this Agreement and the signed Signature Page (if applicable) for their records.
