This Cover Page Addendum (“Addendum”) is entered into by and between Trinity University, having an address of c/o Trinity University, Residential Life Office, Attn: Director of Residential Life, 1 Trinity Place #94, San Antonio, TX 78212 (Tel: 210-999-7219) (“Licensor”), and the individual(s) who sign this Addendum (“Licensee”), as a supplement to that certain City Vista Residency License Agreement dated of even date herewith (“License Agreement”) between the Licensor and Licensee(s). To the extent there is any conflict between the License Agreement and this Addendum, this Addendum shall control.

This CITY VISTA RESIDENCY LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the date of the last signature below, by and between Trinity University, having an address of c/o Trinity University, Residential Life Office, Attn: Director of Residential Life, 1 Trinity Place #94, San Antonio, TX 78212 (Tel.: 210-999-7219) (“Licensor” or “University”), and Licensee (as defined below). Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, Licensor hereby licenses to Licensee the use of all or an assigned portion (the “Assigned Space”) of the housing unit (the “Unit”) identified on the Cover Page Addendum to City Vista Residency License Agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the “Cover Page Addendum”), which Unit is located in Licensor’s building located at 655 E Hildebrand Ave., San Antonio, TX 78212 (the “Building”).
