This is the Purchasing VISA® Card Agreement (“Agreement”) under which ARVEST BANK, Fayetteville, Arkansas, (hereinafter called “Issuer”), will issue to the company that agreed to the terms of this Agreement by its execution of the related Application (hereinafter called “Company” or “You”) certain VISA® credit cards (“Card” or “Cards”) for use by Company’s employees in the course of Company’s business. The Credit Card(s) is/are issued by us through our processing subsidiary, Security BankCard Center, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, even if the name of another bank appears on the Card(s).

The issuance of the Maybank Manchester United Visa Card, (hereinafter referred to as "the Credit Card") by Malayan Banking Berhad (hereinafter referred to as "Maybank") to the Cardmember and the use of the Credit Card by the Cardmember shall be subject to the following terms and conditions made known to the Cardmember at the time of application for and/or at the time of delivery of the Credit Card. These terms and conditions shall be binding on the Cardmember immediately upon acknowledgement of the receipt and/or use of the Credit Card by the Cardmember.

As evidenced by your signature below, you hereby apply for a Visa Credit Card to be used to make charges against your Unsecured Credit Line sub-account under your LOANLINER plan and agree to the terms and conditions herein. In this Agreement the words you and your mean each and all of those who apply for the card or who sign this Agreement. Card means the Visa Credit Card and any duplicates and renewals we issue. Everyone who receives, signs or uses a card issued under this Agreement must be a member of Members Credit Union. Account means your Unsecured Credit Line account with us as described in your LOANLINER Credit Agreement and Truth-In-Lending Disclosure. We, us and ours, means the Members Credit Union.

This EOU Agreement is not valid unless fully completed and signed by the applicant. U.S. Bank reserves the right to make approval contingent based on their normal credit standards. This may entail making a credit bureau check. If you ask, U.S. Bank will tell you if a credit report was obtained and the name of the credit bureau that supplied it. By signing below you agree to be bound by the terms of the cardholder agreement that will be mailed to you if you are approved for an account.

This Mercury Technologies, Inc.
