THIS VIRTUAL OFFICE WEBSITE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of , 20 , between the Real Estate Board of New York, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation (“REBNY”) and the real estate brokerage firm whose name and contact information appear on the signature page of this Agreement designated “Participant Information” (the “Participant”). Any capitalized term used herein shall have the meaning attributed to such term in Section 1.1 hereof.
