Welcome, VIP! These VIP Terms (“VIP Terms”) form part of, are incorporated by reference into, and supplement the Aaptiv, Inc. (“Aaptiv”) End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (the “EULA”) and govern your participation in the VIP program offered through the Service (the “VIP Program”). All capitalized terms used, but not defined, in these VIP Terms will have the meanings given to such terms in the EULA. By enrolling in the VIP Program, you represent and warrant that you have read and agree to be bound by these VIP Terms.
