This Master Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the applicable contracting party set forth in Section 13.4.1 (“VikingCloud”, “Provider”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”), and the client set forth in the Order (“Client”) (each of the foregoing a “Party” and together, the “Parties”) as of the Effective Date.
