This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into by and between the Victor Valley Community College District (hereinafter “District”) and the Part Time Faculty United, American Federation of Teachers (AFL-CIO) Local 6286 (hereinafter “AFT”).

This Memorandum of Understanding between the Victor Valley Community College District and the AFT Part-Time Faculty United, Local 6286, AFL-CIO, is expressly made pursuant to the Educational Employment Relations Act and the parties’ collective bargaining agreement. All other provisions in the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall be deemed to remain unchanged unless otherwise expressly stated.
